The CINF-FIZ Scholarship for Scientific Excellence is awarded jointly by CINF, the Division of Chemical Information of the American Chemical Society (ACS) and FIZ CHEMIE. The scholarship supports young scientists doing research and development in the field of computer-based technical information for chemistry. An abstract of the work followed by a poster presentation must be submitted with the application.

The prize consists of $ 1000. Accepted works will be displayed as posters at the Sci-Mix poster session at the fall meeting of the American Chemical Society in the United States, one of the largest international chemistry conferences.

Young scientists from all over the world who have completed their university degree or doctorate and are doing research in the field of chemoinformatics or relevant topics in other specialities are eligible to apply for this award.
